Point Your Squarespace Domain
to Manus

Follow these five steps to connect rixfordresources.com — registered through Squarespace — to your Manus-hosted website. No technical experience required.

Publish Your Site on Manus

  1. 1

    Log in to your Manus account.

  2. 2

    Click the Publish button in the top-right corner of the Management UI.

  3. 3

    Your site will go live on a Manus subdomain (e.g., rixfordresources.manus.space).

Note: You must publish before connecting a custom domain.

Get Your DNS Records from Manus

  1. 1

    In the Manus Management UI, go to Settings → Domains.

  2. 2

    Click "Bind existing domain".

  3. 3

    Type in rixfordresources.com and confirm.

  4. 4

    Copy the A record IP address and CNAME hostname that Manus displays — you will need these in Step 4.

Note: Keep this tab open so you can reference the values.

Log In to Squarespace DNS Settings

  1. 1

    Go to account.squarespace.com and log in.

  2. 2

    In the left sidebar, click Domains.

  3. 3

    Click on rixfordresources.com in your domain list.

  4. 4

    Click the DNS Settings tab or button on the domain detail page.

  5. 5

    Scroll down to the Custom Records section.

Add the DNS Records

  1. 1

    Click "Add Record" and enter the A record for the root domain.

  2. 2

    Click "Add Record" again and enter the CNAME record for www.

  3. 3

    Click Save after each record.

  4. 4

    Delete or disable any existing Squarespace A records for @ and www to avoid conflicts.

Wait for DNS Propagation

  1. 1

    DNS changes typically go live within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Occasionally it can take up to 24 hours.

  3. 3

    Visit dnschecker.org, enter rixfordresources.com, and look for the A record to show Manus's IP address worldwide.

  4. 4

    Once propagated, visiting rixfordresources.com will load your Manus site.

Note: You do not need to do anything else — propagation is automatic.

You're All Set!

Once DNS has propagated, rixfordresources.com will load your Manus site automatically. You can verify propagation at dnschecker.org .
